Selling vapes, e-cigarettes, or e-liquids to anyone under 18 is illegal. This includes buying on behalf of minors, even if the buyer is a parent, friend or carer.

What you can do to help

If you are aware of underage vape or cigarette sales, you can take action through the following reporting methods:
