Maintaining a weight that supports your health can reduce your risk of developing serious conditions like high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, heart disease and some cancers. It can also boost your energy levels, support better mental health, and increase your mobility.

The Choose You programme has been designed to help you make gradual changes, eating more healthily, becoming more active, developing new habits and experiencing improved wellbeing.  These changes will help you stay healthy into the future.
